Hello, Im Francasca and I'm 18 years old. I have 3 years experince in babysitting and I have looked after children of all ages. I have a level 3 Health and Social care certificate which I have been able to use every day. I used to run an activities department in a care home, which was active and helping them learn. The activities I have done with the residents I also do with children which they have all enjoyed. My other half has a 2 year old brother which I care for one weekend out of the month. People may think that I am too younge for full time childcare but every family I have looked after said that the children enjoy spending time with me have been very resposibale.
