Poppy, babysitter - TQ3 Paignton

Hi my name is Poppy, I am 16 years old, and I live in a large family home in Preston, Paignton. I am a very organised, hard-working, reliable, fun and energetic individual. I am currently in the final year at Devon Studio School, where I am studying 9 GCSE subjects, including Childcare, Psychology and a Diploma in Health and Social Care. I have already gained 2 GCSE's (Health and Social Care- Early Years and German) from a previous school. I have also taken part in a First Aid course at school. I have recently been chosen for the role of Prefect and have been Leading student at my previous school in the Lake District. I have experience in childcare as I am used to babysitting my siblings and other babies and young children in the family. I have taken part in work experience at Watcombe Children's Centre Nursery for around 3 months which I really enjoyed. After my GCSE's I will be attending sixth form, which means I will hopefully be able to babysit during the day on certain days of the week. I really enjoy looking after children, This is why I would like to attend The Norland College in Bath when I finish sixth form to become a Norland Nanny and gain a BA(Hons) in Early Years Development and Learning.

I am available most weekends and evenings and I am usually available after 5pm depending on my school timetable. However because I am still at school until June I cannot babysit during the day Monday-Friday.
