Jordan, babysitter - TS6 Eston

I am 17 years of age, and I currently study health and social care level 3 extended diploma in college, so I am available on Mondays anytime, I am available after 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and I am fully flexible on weekends. I provide childminding to children of all ages. I am 17 years of age, and enjoy arts and crafts and swimming. I believe i can implement this within the job role, by planning activities such as arts and crafts to ensure fine and gross motor skills improve. I have been accepted into university to do adult nursing. I have many skills which i feel is related to childminding and which i also feel that i can implement within the job role, such as, patience, compassion, confidence, competence, reliability, honesty, and i am very caring. I have a level 2 qualification in childcare, and a level 2 qualification in health and social care, and gained A*'s in both. I am currently studying health and social care level 3 extended diploma in college. I have had experience with newborn babies as I volunteered at Marton day nursery for 4 months, working with babies aged 0-2 years. I also volunteered in Cloud 9 nursery for a week to gain more experience, working with children aged 0-9 years. I have had 2 weeks training in children's first aid within my college, and also sat an exam online answering how i would respond in emergency situations. I have had a previous job within childminding, which involved looking after a young boy aged 3 years old, making his tea, cleaning the household, putting him to bed and ensuring he was entertained by taking him to the park or by planning activities to promote his growth and motor skills. I also had another previous bank job in care which was working in a nursing home, dealing with end of life patients, schizophrenia and dementia, so I work well under pressure and enjoy a challenge. I however had to leave that job as it was only bank work and only got offered 2 shifts, and wasn't contracted to hours.
