My name is Amy Gray. I am 16 and currently studying Childcare at St Helens College. This course required me to take a week of work experience in an early years setting, which I completed in Chesnut Lodge Special School in the nursery. I am currently on work placement with my college course in St Anne's Primary School in Rainhill, working in the reception class.
I have previous work experience with children as i worked for the Halton Play Council for three weeks in the summer holidays for children aged 5-12. This consisted of a lot of different activities, such as art, sport, board games. Due to my GCSE achievement of a B in Dance, I choreographed a dance for the children to learn and perform for the rest of the Play Scheme.
I have experience with family and friends., looking after their children between the age of 4 and 6.
I am willing to look after 3-12 year old children, were most of my experience lies.
