I am a 21year old female , based in the Whitby area , who has has previously and still is currently working in a nursery . What I mean by this is I have worked three years in 1 nursery and I'm in my second year at a different nursery. I am fully level 3 childcare qualified and a qualified team leader , a long with my safeguarding , health and safety, food hygiene , first aid etc, I also do childminding on a weekend when needed which involves looking after two 4 years olds 1 6 year old and 1 1 year old, which i love doing . I am also level 2 qualified in health and social care which I studied when I was at school. I am very fit and like to be on my feet doing fun things and activities with the children when possible , mainly basing the activities on each child's invididual needs. I am a loving and very Caring young girl who is always happy to help out when i can :)

Lucy has worked for me for nearly 6 years providing childcare for my two children who are now age 6 yrs and 4 1/2 yrs. Lucy also looks after a friends children (4 1/2yrs & 18 mths) at the same time whilst we look after our B&B business over the weekends. Lucy often takes the children out on outings and I wouldn't be without her. She is loyal has NEVER let me know and often gives us months advance notice of when she is wanting time off. I cannot recall Lucy ever having been late and she has often babysat for us whilst we enjoy a night out. I would recommend Lucy as she is lovely with the children, loyal, honest, trustworthy and an excellent time keeper. She is also flexible as on occasions she has picked my children up for me whenever she has been able.
