Deanna, babysitter in Whitley bay

My name is Deanna, I'm a 19 year old student living in Whitley Bay. I am currently working toward a Level 3 childcare qualification at a local nursery, and have vast experience in caring for children.

I have babysat my 6 nieces and nephews, aged 6 months to 12 years, since I was 15. I also worked as a live-in nanny for 3 months for 2 children aged 7 and 10. I enjoy coming up with activities to keep the kids occupied, and encouraging a love of learning and reading. I genuinely believe in treating children with the respect you would expect from them.

I've recently completed a course in working with children which included food hygiene, early years learning, and a qualification in paediatric first aid.

I'm happy to cook and prepare healthy snacks for the children, help them with homework, get them ready for bed, and support them and you in any way I can.
