I have always had a fantastic relationship with children, whether it be with my own younger sister or through the many children I have babysat, coached and taught. I have been able to maintain this relationship with children by always feeling at ease with them, and always wanting to have fun with them. Having lived in different countries growing up, it has helped me to understand different cultures in children, therefore giving support to any child who felt out of place if coming from another country.

I have had many child-care experiences (mostly in schools) since my second year of University in 2013, where I was put in two placements whilst studying International Education at Bath Spa University, and many others whilst being a supply Teaching Assistant in many schools around Bath. Not only do I enjoy taking care of children, I also enjoy watching them learn, so if there were any homework that needed to be done at home I'd be more than willing to help them. I love the energy children have whether they play or learn, because I love to see how creative they still are and I enjoy helping them in any situation.

I have worked in many different education environments, from nurseries to secondary school. I'm extremely flexible with any age group, however have always felt taking care of younger children aged 2-8 to be more enjoyable. I have always enjoyed reading, as well as being read to, with all the children I've taught or babysat. I used to babysit when I was still in school and used to babysit as much as a could.

I have always wanted to have a career revolving around children, and before I start my PGCE in September to be a primary school teacher I'd love to babysit, take care of children and help parents in any way possible.

Having attended the International School of Geneva, languages and different cultures have always been important to me, therefore modern languages and English have always been my favourite subjects, as well as Art and Drama. I am bilingual in both English and Italian, and speak German and French fluently. My biggest hobbies are drawing and cooking. I've always loved Art and enjoy cooking new recipes everyday.
