Personal Profile

I am a hardworking and caring individual who likes to help others and participate in a variety of activities where possible. Having experience in Childcare through looking after children in the family and at a community center, I have developed my skills in communication, organisation and coping well in pressurized situations. Having always enjoyed looking after children, I now wish to make this my career and play a full part in supporting children with their learning and development. I am responsible, can always look out for possible health and safety hazards and I also enjoy being part of educating the children in a variety of subjects. I enjoy being creative and planning new activities for the children as well as reading stories and encouraging their participation.

Quakers Community Centre
Dates: 2011 to present
My duties include setting up the play areas, assisting with meal times, ensuring all children are in a safe environment and are enjoying the activities that are available. I often speak with the parents and discuss their children’s time at the centre and I often help with cleaning duties and making sure everything is tidy at the end of the day.

Hobbies and Interests

In my spare time I enjoy cooking meals and looking after my two cats. I support my mum with household tasks such as cleaning and washing. I listen to music often and enjoy spending time with my family and often go shopping and out for meals with them.
