I am a 16 year old, and I have four younger siblings that I often babysit for if my parents need to go out. My mum is also a childminder, so I am aware of different children's needs. I have a DBS form that was done when I turned 16. I also hold a full first aid certificate as I'm a volunteer for the Red Cross.
