Claudia, babysitting - DY1 Dudley

Hi, my name is Claudia and I am currently 18 years old turning 19 on the 05/09. I absolutely love looking after children, I find it very easy to care for them and to entertain them. I have looked after my younger sister for instance since she was 2. I find it very easy to keep children calm and entertained by playing games and letting them have fun, however I also make sure that they don't cross the line by misbehaving. If hired I would keep in contact with you and report back to you how the children had been to care for. Furthermore due to me taking a cooking course with sea cadets I am actually a great cook and am able to make fresh home made meals when needed. I can also do chores and help clean the house if required.
• I recently travelled to Cyprus for the summer season to work at some of the best rated hotels in Paphos.
During my time there I worked at Leonardo Cypria Maris as an animator where I provided fun filled activities for the guests each day. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel because I had a huge responsibility which was ensuring that the holiday makers enjoyed their holiday and wanted to return.
• I also spent a few months working at Leonardo Laura Beach Hotel and Splash Resort where I had the responsibility of helping to entertain over 500 children and adults every day. During the day I would run the kids club, teach morning yoga and also water aerobics. For each activity I had to convince as many guests as possible to join in which I found easy due to my confident personality.
• Every evening I would travel to different hotels with my dance team performing our Michael Jackson tribute dance act.
I learnt how to be independent and self-sufficient in Cyprus and I am glad I chose to go.
