Melissa, babysitting in Exminster

Hi,

My name is Melissa, I am 23 years old. Living in Exeter

I am returning from Australia where I have been working as a casual staff member in a nursery. My childcare experience before this includes; working as a lifeguard and canoe instructor for children aged 6-17.
I worked in a nursery in the UK whilst studying my first year of a 2 year foundation degree in Early Childhood Education. During this time I also lived with a family friend and her two kids aged 4 and 6. I helped with many bed times which always included a story before bed.
I was a live in au pair for 3 boys aged 2, 4, 6 for 4 months (until the previous nanny finished her travels). I worked from 7-7 mon-fri which meant my duties included, getting everyone ready for the day, school runs (only the eldest went to school), homework, bath times, all meal preparation and play times. We spent many hours playing hide and seek, riding scooters, trips to the park and beach. We baked at least once a week. And most evenings or rainy days we had arts and crafts. I am very flexible and can happily accommodate to the child's interest.
