Tasha, babysitting - GL3 Churchdown

I am 17 years old and I have a 3 year old sister I helped my mum to raise. I already have a job with a family but would like to earn a bit of extra money on the side. I did a week of work experience in a nursery setting and a week at a primary school. I am flexible, patient, caring and calm in trying situations and very well organised and efficient. I am attentive and always alert and watching what children are doing. I enjoy working with children and respect them as individuals. I am sensitive to others needs and use this to help the children in given situations. I am creative in my approaches to problem-solving and I understand the nutritional needs of children.
