Jaime, babysitting - GL5 Stroud

My name is Jaime, I'm 22 years old and live in Gloucester and have recently graduated from the University of Hull with a first class honours degree in German and History.
I'm having a gap year where I'll work at Sainsbury's for 6-8 months before travelling to Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. While I'm out there, I'll be an au pair in Perth as I enjoy spending time with children - I'm the youngest and so never had the younger siblings I desperately wanted!
I am extremely reliable, motivated and enthusiastic. I am always on time and communicate really well, and am always willing to go the extra mile.
I've worked as an au pair in Austria (2017) and will be doing so again for the same family this coming August. The boys I cared for were 7, 8 and 11, and my duties were to entertain them, supervise them with friends etc, pick up and drop off to clubs, friends houses and activities, and prepare meals and snacks for them.

I'm very passionate about trying to get kids to be creative and I enjoy encouraging them to try new things and artistic things, such as colouring in, dressing up, drawing or painting, sports and activities, board games. I also have experience in 3 musical instruments and 2 other languages besides English so would always be willing to impart some knowledge. I also think it's important for children to read so I try and encourage them to read when they can, and try and make this fun and active too!
