Courtney, babysitting in Glenfield LE3

My name is Courtney, I am 15 and in the future, I am hoping to achieve a career based around children and their start to education in life. I have three younger siblings who I look after regularly, gained work experience with children in year one, and along the way I have gained many different skills and qualities needed to look after children. I have to take care of my siblings, make sure I have activities available to keep them entertained and occupied throughout the whole time I am in charge.
Throughout my experience, I have learnt and used many skills like organisation and time management and I would like to gain more.
My future has already started around childcare, as I am starting a course at college for childcare and early learning, and looking after children as a job will not only be enjoyable, but contributing to my future.
I am very mature, take these jobs seriously and always want the best for the children.
