Katie, babysitting in Great wakering

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this message in regards to job vacancies as a babysitter I am a college student, studying an Early Years Childcare course at South Essex College. I have previous experience in babysitting. I am friendly and polite, and reliable. I enjoy looking after children and can adapt to different situations that are required.

I have looked after children ranging for 3 weeks to 8 years, but have experience in looking after older children upto the age of 15 years in group activity clubs. I can think on my own initiative to get things done, I also ensure that all requirements given to me are carried out.
In previous jobs I have had to find fun activities for the children, which will cover all ages. I have prepared meals and snacks, helped with homework, bathe children before bed, and found some quiet activities for them so that going to bed is a smoother process.

In addition, when children have gone to bed I clean the mess from the activities and ensure the house is presentable for when parents have returned home.
