Hello,

My name is Jodie I'm a confident and enthusiastic person who just loves watching and helping young children grow. I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies from The University of Northampton and have many years experience working with children in different capacities. I have gained experience through work placements in nurseries and children's centres in order to achieve my qualification. I have also worked full and part-time in nurseries and an after school club for primary school age children.

My favourite activities are creative activities; there's nothing I love more then some arts and crafts and I frequently look for new ideas to add to and improve my activity library. I also have been known to be children's favourite book reader - on many occasions I left work with a sore throat after continuous reading of stories. I mainly just love to watch children learn whether it's putting a puzzle together, painting, counting, or role play; I just love the way little minds work.

I was recently blessed with the arrival of my own little girl who I am not ready to part with on a full time permanent basis. I am therefore looking to offer evening babysitting or nannying on a part time basis. I would consider day time care if families would be happy for me to care for their little ones as well as my own.
