Poppy, babysitting in Hove BN3

I am a 17 year old student, currently studying Psychology, English Literature and Health and Social Care at A-Level. I have grown up being the eldest child in my family, my youngest relative currently being 2 years old, so have had a lot of experience with younger children from a young age. I have babysat for 3 family's on flexible hours so have further experience from that. I also have further experience from doing a work placement in a nursery for a week in 2014 and also volunteer working at a local primary school every Wednesday working in the infant years (reception, year 1 and year 2). I enjoy working with children and have the emotional understanding of what is likely to cause them distress due to my experience of working with children of all ages. I have a sensitive and caring nature and will listen to a child with anything they want to talk about - should it be something that has upset or distressed them or something that they are excited about. I always prioritise the care of the children for any family I would be working for and have a passion for bringing out the best in the children I am working with. I am also happy to do other things around the house that may help the family such as washing up, cleaning etc.
