My name is Lorraine . I have over 15 years of experience working with children aged between 3 days 9old to 16 years old.Working in a Childrens home, Playschool Assistant, Private Nanny, Learning Support Assistant/ Teachers Assistant- Special needs, Fostering , also Babysitting. I am married and have 2 children of my own, who need none of the above as they are both in their 20s. I am also a Cub Scout Leader, A Childrens Church teacher and writer of the yearly Nativity! I have also ran a Skipping club at the last Primary School iI worked at.I have made Birthday cakes in many shapes and forms eg: Barbie in a Ballgown, A Fort, Fairy Castle. Explanation:

With the various aspects of childrens experience i have, I know that the children i look after and care for will not only grow physically, but would benefit by being mentally and emotionally stimulated from my many years of experience, working with children from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. I feel this would give the children a grounding in being an all round citizen in our multiculteral society. Also with my experience working in local authority i could give them a head start with their education using up to date teaching methods. All work and no play would lead to a dull life. As i have knowledge of fun games as a Cub Scouts Leader which will bring lots of fun, laughter and energy, by which children benefit from.
