I love having fun with children and entering their world of imagination where anything is possible....
Their enquiring minds and the different ways they process and understand their thoughts.
I have over 30 years general nursing and midwifery experience....here in London, Nottingham, Derby, and 5 years in Bermuda.....
I can speak a little French...and I'm working to improve.....
.......and as a community Midwife I was able to get by in Urdu and Punjabi.....although no doubt I sounded like " Manuel " in Fawlty Towers !! But I had a totally Asian caseload of 100-120 women, the majority of whom were non English speaking and no interpreters involved....their preference I hasten to add.
I am fit and healthy, love animals also and being active outdoors....
I don't smoke, I have the odd glass of whatever socially.....but otherwise I'm not really bothered.
I enjoy a healthy diet, fresh fruit and vegetables...I'm not into ready meals/ pies/chips etc...junk food....
I used to do a lot of cycling, especially to work..all year round...20 miles daily, return journey to work.
I walk my dogs for up to 2 hours most days.......weather permitting.
