Ollie, babysitting in Edinburgh

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm a 20 year old Graphic Design student based in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh.

I would like to apply for the role of Babysitter that you have been advertising.

I have spent a lot of time with children having looked after my two younger brothers aged 12 and 7 for all my life, and enjoying every minute of it. I have also been involved in doing activities with children at local schools near my home in Manchester, where I used my creative personality to involve the children in drawing and painting, along with my athletic hobbies teaching football.

I understand that the role of a babysitter is a very important one and that I need to be very responsible to do this role well.

I am organised and thorough, I have a calm and patient manner and I understand the dangers around children and what they should and should not be doing.
