Olivia, babysitting in Leeds LS1

Hello, my name is Olivia!

I am currently completing my final year in sixth form at Gateways School. Throughout my years at this school I have gained a number of qualifications such my first aid certificate and 11 GCSE's grade A* - C. Since it is a small school, there are tight knit relationships between the older and younger students which has enabled me to work with children lower down in the school. During my time at school I have regularly volunteered to help out at the youngers after school programme where I have prepared food and beverages for the children.

In the past, I have had experience babysitting for families local to my area, which has enabled me to gain first hand knowledge of how to handle and deal with children. I thoroughly enjoyed each experience it has helped me to learn and grow. Also, since I am part of a big family, there have been many occasions where I have had to care for my younger cousins. This included making them dinner, helping them with their homework and putting them to sleep. Doing these tasks on a regular basis has helped me to become more confident in my ability.
