Shannise, babysitting in Ipswich IP4

I am Shannise , i am 15 and 6 months. I don't mind what kind of care i do but i am in my last year of secondary school so i wouldn't be able to do a lot of hours during the week unless it was on holidays, I am available every weekend. I am a very calm, gentle and kind, caring young individual. I have a lot of experience with children aged from birth-11 years as i have helped out with my family a lot e.g. My mum has a 7 month old baby, a 4 year old girl, a 9 year old boy and a 11 year old boy. the 11 year old has behavior problems and I can deal with pressure from all aspects. I am very optimistic and encouraging towards the children. I am looking for a part-time job so that i have my own money and I don't have to rely on anyone to give it to me without earning it first. I feel this will benefit both me and you.
