16 year old student.

Right now I am currently in my last year at secondary school studying GCSE Textiles, ICT, Child Development, Maths, English language, English literature, History and French. Studying these subjects has allowed me to gain experience and learn skills that will help me during work and life. By the end of year 11 my grades should range at A*-C. My hobbies include reading novels, writing and taking photographs.

Throughout my Child Development course I have had the chance to work with children from the age of 6 months up until 3 years old. Doing this task really allowed me to understand more about children's mannerisms and how to observe their behaviour.

I have always wanted a job involving children as it is very useful for general, everyday life, but it would also give me the skills I needed for the future and add towards my dream of becoming a midwife. Although I have no previous work experience, I feel that I have a lot to offer. I am very hardworking and happy to learn new skills. I have the patience and caring personality that is needed to look after and care for children of any age.
