Jasmine, babysitting - L17 Aigburth

Hello there! My name is Jasmine , age 22 years old, and recently graduated from Queen Mary University, London with my BA in English and Drama.

I have been working as a part time nanny, babysitter, and child minder since I was 18 years old, and love this job immensely. I began working as such in Hong Kong, and have since gone on to care for children in London and St Tropez as well!

I think of myself more as a big sister to the children I care for, prioritising their fun and safety as paramount whilst also maintaining genuine compassion. I feel my unique quality as a nanny lays in my ability to get along with all children happily and easily; as I am younger than many other part time nannies, I find this helps children to feel safe and happy in my charge without feeling condescended to. I never talk down to a child, and effortlessly speak with them as my intellectual equal (yes, even the little ones!).
That being said, I am still firm with the house rules, bedtime routines, and sorting out any sibling bickering; really, it's best of both worlds!

As well as being an avid theatre fan, I am a strong swimmer, hold a CRB check and freshly minted paediatric first aid certificate, and make a mean batch of cookies. I am also able to care for children with mild to moderate autism, diabetic children (my sister is Type 1 herself!), and am a non-smoker. Unfortunately I do not hold a driver's license as of yet...
