Rosanna, babysitting - L29 Sefton

My name is Rosanna (Rosie if it's easier for little ones) and I have a passion to help and care for others, whether that be children, adults or animals. From the beginning of this year I have worked in children's residential homes, encountering kids from a range of backgrounds and with any number of challenging behaviours. Though they were older children, many displayed a mental age well below their years and each required a different kind of approach for effective communication and understanding. Now, I am relocating to the Crosby area and wish to continue working with children, only in a different, settled environment. My hours and days to work are flexible and I have my own transport, so school runs are no problem. I am happy to cook and clean if required - or at least continuous tidying up! - to maintain a healthy, happy environment in the home, and will stick strictly to the bedtimes instructed. I will not speak to your children like they're babies, unless they actually are babies, but will guide them using a clear, calm and positive tone, and aim to ensure every experience they have is an opportunity for education. Due to my recent role, I am also currently DBS checked.
