Hannah, babysitting - NE6 Walker

I have recently finished studying at university and I obtained a first class BA Joint Honors degree in Guidance and Counseling and Early Years. I am looking for an opportunity to care for children, I am looking for part time work, I am able to work both evenings and weekends.
I consider myself to be a hard working, loyal, dependable and highly organized individual who is able to meet deadlines though my drive to achieve. I have developed effective communication and listening skills through the different health and education settings that I have studied in. I have worked with diverse groups of people from small children, when I worked in nurseries and a school, to caring for the elderly members of society living in residential care homes. I am able to cope well under pressure and in stressful situations. I completed a month’s work experience in a busy cardiac ward which was often very hectic and stressful, but I felt as though I coped well with the pressures. I work well as a team member but I can also work efficiently as an individual.

I am a caring and compassionate individual. I am also reliable, trustworthy and punctual. I am hard working and I always aim to produce a high standard in anything I do. My work experience helped me to develop effective communication skills and deal with difficult situations. I am passionate about helping people of all ages, particularly those who are disadvantaged.
