Beth, babysitting in Newport HU15

Hi my name is Beth , I am 19 years old and currently living at home with parents. If you need a babysitter for the weekend if you are going out, or during the day if you are busy with work and also on a night after work then I am available. I charge £7.50 an hour and the service I provide will not let you down. I look after my brother in the school holidays on a daily basis this consists of making his dinner, preparing tea and also doing jobs around the house. As my brother is at an age where he is independent enough to play on his PlayStation or on his computer I don't have to play with him, although we do go on days out occasionally. Despite not playing with him often I am skilled to play and entertain children of all ages. I am qualified in Level 3 health and social care which gives me the advantage of knowing what the needs are of the child at different ages, I also know how far developed they should be so I know how to act around them. During my years studying this course I was put into childcare setting. The two settings I went into were a primary school in a year 3 class (ages 7-8) which my job title was a teaching assistant, the responsibilities I had were to make sure the children received help with any work if needed and to just assist them on a day to day basis. The second setting was a day care nursery (ages 3-4) which my job title was a nursery carer. The responsibilities I was given was to watch the children as they played independently and entertain the ones who found it hard to socialise with the group. I was also responsible on some days for giving the children snacks at snack time. During my time at both settings I was able to socialise with the children well and create a bonding and trusting relationship.
