I have over 25 years experience of working with or looking after children 0- 17 years.
I'm a wife and a mother of a 17 year old and have two step children , primary and secondary school ages. I've worked voluntary with different ages for 20 years. Which includes childminding my family and friend's children, or dropping off and picking up children from nursery or school. I've been a deputy manager for a before and after school club and also in a nursery. I've also been a youth leader and primary age leader of a kids club. I've experience of babysitting thoughout the years since I was 17, children 0 - 16years. I've worked in a Primary school for 3 years , when i trained to be a Teaching Assistant.
I'm looking for flexible work that I can fit around an apprenticeship course I'm doing, which involves community work and creativity with crafts and singing.
I'm a caring, sensitive, creative and approachable person, with a good sense of homour, who loves to bring out the best in people , no mater what their age. I like to be part of making a difference, through the people I meet day to day. I'm independent and good at using my initiative or solving a problem and wise, yet willing to learn more myself. I've cleaned homes for family and within establishments I've been based. I've cared for the elderly and children. Supporting or carrying out care needs, preparing meals, changing, and helping with other physical or personal development. Even helped provide lifts to support the elderly to be able to do their own shopping, or do it for them on their request.
I'm able to work anytime Mon, Thursday and Friday's, including evenings. I can also be available any time on a Saturday, or on a Sunday from 15:00 to late evening, with advance booking.

I have planned craft activities, reading, writing and mathematics activities. And feel learning needs to be enjoyable, and interesting to the ability and interest of each individual unique person, with a positive aim and attitude.
I live in the Bury area, BL97JE. And have my own 7 seater transport and booster seats. And a previous DBS in place too. Level 4 Foundation degree in Early Years Leadership and Management. Level 2&3 Teaching assistant . SEN & Fire marshal trained.
