I have various nieces and nephews whom I have minded over the years to allow the parents to work or just socialise . I have a 13 year old son , so I know first hand how to manage children . I work 23 hrs in my day time job , as a manager , I get paid 12.00 an hour basing it on that I thought 9.50 was reasonable , although if I am working after 12 am I would expect a raise in this hourly rate
