Hello,
My name is Michelle im 32 years old and my career has always been within an early years centre. I have worked at a local nursery for 15 years starting as a support worker and developing my skills and knowledge to support my current position as deputy manager along with my colleague. I am very reliable, punctual and each and every day do my very best to ensure that I contribute to getting it right for each and every young learner. I have very close links with the parents and carers effectivly communicating each and everyday. I support learners from 6 months up to the age of 12 years enabling myself to learn and understand the different developmental needs.
I am passionate about the role I play each and everyday within the nursey and am happy. However I would now like to explore other opportunities that may be available.
