I am currently a teaching assistant at the Mary Rose Academy in Portsmouth. In September I will be beginning my teacher training at the school. The school caters for children aged 2-19 with severe and complex learning disabilities.

Before working at the Mary Rose Academy I was a nanny for two young girls. My role involved picking the girls up from school, taking them to after school activities, making dinner, helping with homework, socialising and carrying out the bedtime routine. Throughout the school holidays I had sole charge of both the girls 5 days a week.

I have been babysitting since the age of 16 on a regular basis.

I am a non-smoker with a full, clean driving license.

I am interested in sports and am a keen swimmer. My other interests include reading, socialising, playing games and watching films.
