Sharon, babysitting - PO5 Portsmouth

Hello,

My name is Sharon, I am 28 and currently freelancing and taking college courses. I have worked as an au pair for a family in Italy, looking after their son from the ages of 4-9months. I lived for six months with a family in Canada, where I looked after their son aged 2 and their daughter aged 4. Their son had a rare type of epilepsy, was none verbal and on a special diet, so these are all things I am comfortable with. I worked as a one to one teaching assistant at a local primary school, I worked primarily with a child who had advanced medical and learning needs, though at times I also helped out as a general TA.

I love doing crafts with children, as I am always amazed at their creativity and thought processes. I also enjoy baking with those that are old enough. Going out for walks or to the park, making up stories and songs. Or, if slightly under the weather just curling up with a Disney film. I am comfortable and have experience with children aged from 3 months to 11 years, though I'm happy to watch older children as well.
