Sarah, babysitting in Port glasgow

I am currently finishing my 6th year at school and will be starting university at The University of Strathclyde in September 2017 to study Primary Education. I have a younger sibling and so have always been able to look after him from a very young age. I am also currently doing work experience in a local nursery, caring for children ages 3-5 and I am really enjoying it! I have learned so much from this experience about children at this age and also had a lot of fun doing it. I am also part of a ballet school and there are always numerous opportunities to look after the younger dancers. I know looking after children is a challenge but as someone who hopes to work with children in the future, I am eager to learn and gain more experience to stand me in good stead for university.
