Hi I'm Saffron

I am extremely child friendly. I currently look after my 2 nephews one since the age of 6 months & the other I have had a hands on approach since he was a new born. I am quite happy to change nappies, feed & clothe any child. I am also very good at bath time & bed time including stories & cwtches. I have no problem on taking children on small jaunts whether it be to the park or just out to get a bit of shopping. I cope well when little ones are crying & soothe them with lots of patience. So please don't overlook me because of my age of 17. I am very mature & understanding of what is required of me.
