Jacob, babysitting in Southport PR8

My name is Jacob , I am seventeen years old and currently studying for my A-Levels at St.Marys College Crosby.
A sociable, dedicated and professional individual I bring enthusiasm and a real sense of care and pride whenever I care for a child and attempt to fulfil my tasks well and ensure that there is good fun along the way.
Through my school I often volunteer to help out at the onsite kindergarten, this experience with children of various young ages has taught me that patience truly is a virtue and along with patience a sense of humour and willingness to engage is key! Through these weekly visits I often formed a bond with some of the children, this bond and genuine enjoyment I received from caring and stimulating a young child's mind made these visits a highlight of my academic life. My duties include interacting with groups of children, engaging during hours of playtime; building fortresses out of blocks or sculpting with play dough and taking quiet moments to read with the children. The overruling factor while helping out is to keep every child clean and the area they are in clean too.
Within my family I have had countless experiences of caring for babies and toddlers, my continual engagement with my cousins and provision of lengthy hours of entertainment have led me to become the designated care giver at any social gatherings, although I don't mind!
As a childcarer getting to know a child and their family is a key draw to the job for me, being a source of help whenever needed is also something I view with pride and I enjoy being able to help accommodate busy schedules.
Having finished school I am currently on summer leave and therefore am very flexible in terms of dates and hours!
