Lara, babysitting in Taughmonagh

My name is Lara and I am 19 years old. I am a dental student at the University of Glasgow and I am currently available for the next 4 months for summer. I am an enthusiastic, active yet responsible young lady with fields of experience in childcare. I believe I have excellent interpersonal skills of which allows me to communicate with children of all ages and all levels. I am a keen sportswoman, a member of a Gaelic football team both inside and outside school. In addition, I train regularly at the gym and have previously been a coach at Gaelic Fun Sunday's for an U10 team. I am a volunteer at Abbeyfield Care home in Belfast, working with the older generation through socializing with them to make the their week little more interesting. I also previously volunteered at Store House Food bank. I have a full clean drivers licence and as I work with vulnerable adults I therefore also have a clean Disclosure form.

I have been babysitting from the age of 13, almost 6 years of experience for children ranged from young babies to teenagers. I come from a family of 5 children and alongside my previous opportunities in coaching this has broadened my experiences with working with children of all abilities.

Throughout the summer I do tend to do childminding including 9am-6pm days with notice in advance. My availability is very flexible now right through until the end of September. I am available for child minding throughout the working day to entertain your children e.g. Going to the park, museum etc. I currently have a few days already booked up for child minding in July.
