Emma, babysitting in Tranent EH33

My name is Emma I am 21 years old. I am a student studying Acting and Performance. I love looking after children and I would love to gain more experience. I have experience in working with young children in a playgroup as part of my work experience at High School. I worked in a Nursery as part of Early Education and Childcare at school. During my time there I planned my own activities with the children. I gained 200 hours of Volunteer work as part of the Saltire Awards and a few of these hours were spent in Nurseries and Primary Schools as well as other activities. I really enjoyed these experiences as I get on well with children and like spending time with them. I find it rewarding helping children and watching them develop. I have also been part of the PVG scheme since 2014.
From my experiences in college I have learned many drama games and fun songs that I could share. The improvisation work I have done would also help me to be creative with storytelling. I enjoy reading myself and I liked reading stories to the children at Nursery.
