Chloe, babysitting - TS24 Hartlepool

Im Chloe, Im 17 years old and im currently working towards my A Levels in college.
My first paid job was as a live in carer for my younger brother who has learning disabilities and Autism. As you can imagine, taking care of a child on the ASD spectrum is a challrnging job, especially since he often struggles to ecpress his feelings due to his young age and learning disabilities. Despite the challenges, I thrive in the role and adore him as well as looking after him. In my time of caring for him I have seen him progress and grow massively from being a new born to being his own little person, making friends and learning new things everyday.
I love to be active with the children I care for, whether its trips out to parks or museums or just baking, colouring and playing in the house. Whatever we end up doing, i always try to make it fun for the children.
