My name is Lauren, I am 17 years old and am a qualified Level 2 Childcare Practitioner, currently working on my level 3 qualification. I have experience working with children from the ages of 9 months - 10 years old. I have gained this experience by working in placements for my course and working as a level 2 practitioner in a nursery throughout summer. As well as this I volunteered as a young leader for a brownies group. I am a hard working and reliable person that is easy to get along with. I am very creative and enjoy coming up with new ways to help children learn and play. I believe I am very friendly and enthusiastic to the work and things I do and will always give 110%. With the experienced I have gained I enjoy painting and going outside to help the children learn. Learning through play is also a great way to provide new opportunities for children which I enjoy to come up with new and creative ways to do.
