My first introduction to Louise was through the nursery my son attended. She was a childcare assistant there and I always felt confident that he would be well looked after there in her care. She is compassionate, responsible and very capable. After he outgrew the nursery, I employed Louise as our primary baby-sitter for both my son and older daughter. Again I was always confident that they were in safe, responsible hands when we were away. My children are 14 and 11 years old now and I still turn to Louise if I need them minded when we are out late. I have no hesitation in recommending Louise for any employment in childcare.
