I dont mind not earining alot as i enjoy spending time with kids anyway and i like building a friendship with them where they can come to me and feel like they can trust me. I will also not give up on them even if they are being really naughty as thats the best time to speak to them and tell them how their parents would feel if there was here. I also like spending time with kids any age. I will also take them out if required.
