Emily looked after my (now 9 year old) b/g twins for over five years with a few months off to travel midway. I still employ her now for ad -hoc days. Emily is reliable, calm, organised, kind, fun, bright, warm, tidy, trustworthy, consistent, patient, charming and good at homework. And she can cook.
