I cannot recommend Linda highly enough. She is a fantastic nanny, and I have always been confident in leaving our children in her care. She has worked with our family for nearly three years now, and in that time we have been totally and consistently impressed by the care that she has given them. Children warm to her naturally; she is an extremely caring person. She's very creative, and our children have hugely enjoyed a wide variety of activities that she's done with them. Our experience has been entirely positive and I would not hesitate at all in recommending Linda. If she looks after your children they will be safe and happy. Annie undertook further training to work with children with Additional Support needs while with E+. She took on the challenge of working with our children at the activity groups and settled in well. She took instruction from the support workers well but was also able to be left to her own devices. She has a bubbly, outgoing personality which children are drawn to. She would be an asset to any childcare position as she is able to work with mainstream and ASN children. She embraces additional training and I am sure she will continue to add to her considerable knowledge through out her working career. Annies' one flaw, if you see it as a flaw, she gets so excided she doesn't always know when to stop talking. But with the children this is not a problem. She will be an excellent addition to any workforce and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
