Hi I am 55 a mother of 3 young adults. I have worked in childcare for 23 years, starting as a childminder whilst my own children were younger. I've worked in a few different settings. My last job was as a registered nanny for a family with 3 children. I started this 4 years ago when the youngest was a baby, but is now at school.
