I am a young woman who loves working in the childcare sector, I have a passion for working with children and love helping those little minds grow and grow. I am a nurturing, easy going person with a friendly nature and love getting to now new people.
My name is Caroline, I am currently an outdoor activity leader providing children aged 7-17 the chance to learn outside the day to day classrooms, I have 4 years of experience working with children and love every second of it, I am currently looking to change my job role but would love to stay in the child care industry. I have a passion to develop children’s minds though hands on experiences and to teach them how fun and important it is to become independent.
I am a mum to 4 grown up children, I have 7 grandchildren. I treat each child as an individual. I am a good listener, I communicate well with all ages. I love to cook, sew, all crafts I will have a go. Love walking and gardening. I am a good swimmer and taught all my children/grandchildren to swim. Love reading to children, helping them to grow and learn in a happy and safe environment.
