Michelle, child care - BD13 Queensbury

Hi my names Michelle, I live in a little village called queens bury.I work in a primary school in halifax working with 2-3 year olds providing 2 year funding, i love working with children and knowing I have made a difference to the children and there families lives by supporting and helping them to develop and grow.i have just covered maternity position has a manager which I have enjoyed and learnt a lot about being responsible for my team. I have worked with children since I was 18 and have a level 3 in child care and education. I am looking for working for a family to help with child are a couple of evenings through the week and an occasional Friday or Saturday night.I have a lot to offer has I have worked with children from leaving college at 19, I like to find out what children are interested in and then I can provide activities and experiences relating to their interests.Where I work now we provide activities such has play dough, painting, water, mark making, outdoor experiences such has splatter painting, splashing in puddles with wet suits and wellies, bubbles, chalking and growing plants.
