Kira, child care in Cheltenham GL52

Hello, my name is Kira and I am an 18 year old student in Cheltenham.

I am lucky enough to be one of eight siblings and have spent countless hours babysitting my three youngest siblings. The family environment and the responsibilty of caring for young children is something I enjoy and can relate to. My eldest sister is a professional Nanny and so I have learnt a lot from her, from participating in activities with the children, to joining her on the school runs.

My experience working as a teaching assistant in my local primary and junior schools, also developed my sense of being safety conscious while still making the time fun and engaging for the children. I also found the different age ranges refreshing and my skills adapted to this change.

Being around children, in a family friendly way is something I've grown up with, and learnt from different experiences. Although only 18, I am mature and keen to gain experience. I hope to follow a career in teaching, because of my passion for children and education- something I've always managed to include in the activities I've created for my siblings.

I'm professional for the parents and fun for the kids! I understand coming from a large family how helpful an extra pair of hands can be. Flexible babysitting, fun and so willing to help in anyway I can!
