Cover Statement;
My name is Vicky and I am a hardworking and outgoing 16 year old school leaver with lots to offer. I am polite, friendly, caring and focussed. Please take time to read through my enclosed achievements and skills and feel free to contact me should you require any extra information. I am currently seeking employment as I have now finished School and would rather progress straight onto my working life rather than attend College. Please note my GCSE results are Pending as I have not received them as yet. I shall inform you of these results when I receive them.
Skills;
I enjoy reading books, helping people out – for example; babysitting and helping with children and I am always happy to volunteer. I see myself as a reliable, trustworthy, honest person, who has a mature approach to dealing with situations that I am put in.

GCSE results;
I have sat my GCSE exams recently and I am due to receive my results for them on the 21st of August 2014.

Achievements;
• I did work experience in a nursery called daisy chains where I worked and helped with babies and toddlers. During this work experience I also helped clean the kitchen and bathroom, I also cleaned the windows of the nursery.
• I attended a club called Rock Kids with my friend, where I was too old to actually join in with the activities themselves, so instead I took the opportunity to help look after the children and arrange activities for them to take part in. I also organized the snacks that the children were eating during the club and washed up after it finished.
• During my school time I chose to help out in the library during break and lunch times, I helped to issue books out to other students, make sure the bookshelves were tidy and kept in order and to monitor the students that were coming in and out of the library so that it didn’t get too crowded for the librarian.
• I have also had experience in babysitting. I have babysat my friend’s nephew multiple times and have also babysat another friend son along with my baby brother. During these babysitting times I have always made sure the children were well fed, happy and cared for.
• During the day when my mum goes to work, I clean the house. I hang the washing out, hoover the house, and wash up. I also use the day to make sure the dogs are well looked after, by feeding them, allowing them access to the garden and just making they are happy and okay.
• Another thing I do is help out in Sunday school at Church. I help to plan and lead the activities for the children based on the chapter or verse the priest has chosen to preach on that week. This helps the children to learn about God and his words without getting bored listening to a preach. I also help prepare the snacks and tea/coffee for when the service is over, so it can be served to members of the church as they come out of the service and I help with the washing up after everyone has gone home.
