I chose not to go back to full time employment after finishing maternity leave in June. I was traveling to Liverpool everyday and it just wasn't visible with two small children. My eldest started school this year and I want to be nearer home. I have a 14 month too. I have a very hands on will do attitude with a high level of patience and approachable manor.
