I currently work at an outdoor nursery which has given me a fantastic view on childhood development and what is best for early years.
I have done baby sitting casually, bathing the children, and settling them into bed. I have also done day time care for two children (2-4) where we attended book clubs, spent majority of the day outdoors, and went exploring.
